My name is Charlie and I am the creative influence behind Virtual Secretary Solutions, based in Birmingham West Midlands.  Originally trained as a Legal Secretary I am also a part qualified Legal Executive and spent two years as a Paralegal within the Birmingham legal sector.

In 2003 I created my first virtual secretarial company called “Office-Angel” and ran a highly successful business for over two years; after which time I was offered a fantastic position working as part of the marketing team at Coors.  This is where my passion for marketing took hold and I now specialise in marketing, web design, brand identity, logo design, search engine optimisation, social media and all the tools needed to help any business of any size grow and achieve a presence online and offline.  In 2008 I gave birth to my beautiful daughter Addison, and decided in April 2009 that I would not return to work full time but would offer all my marketing and creative expertise as a freelance web designer and marketing specialist.

I am highly passionate about my work and the services I provide and have always produced a high standard of work.  My passion for web design and marketing means that your business is my passion and I am unique in my role as a virtual secretary in that I can offer many services under the banner of “virtual secretarial services”.

• ILEX Vocational Law
• Pitman New Era shorthand
• Typing speeds approximately 78 WPM
• RSA Qualifications in word processing, document processing, legal text processing, audio transcription, documentation presentation and text processing
• Part qualified ILEX Paralegal

I am highly proficient in all Microsoft packages as well as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, Joomla, Zen Cart, custom CMS systems and many third party programs.

I am a proud mother to a beautiful daughter and married to a fantastic husband who is one of the driving forces and continual points of inspiration for me and my business.  My passions are food, theatre, family and my business and each one of them has an influence on the way I work as an individual, how I treat and work with my clients.
