There’s no doubting blogs are great, search engines love the fresh content delivered by them and they are readily devoured and pinged as new posts are added.  This has a great search engine optimisation effect for many blogs with many, including mine enjoying strong rankings across search engines for key terms.  It is for this reason that many companies are integrating blogs on their websites.  However, how do you make sure that your blog remains relevant, on topic and not a free for all or a soapbox for opinions?

Many of my customers are now asking me to write blog content for them on a weekly basis to ensure that their blogs remain active, up to date, relevant and impartial.  This is a great way for customers to constantly increase aware of their business and product and there are great tools out there such as “Wordles” that can create a visual record of how on-topic your blog is.

What is a Wordle I hear you ask?  A wordle is a toy for generating “word clouds” from text that you provide. The clouds give greater prominence to words that appear more frequently in the source text.  My business is based around helping small businesses, entrepreneurs and UK  businesses grow, nuture and expand their online presence through creating websites and marketing material. Based in Birmingham the heart of the West Midlands and once an area of immense business growth, I am passionate about web design, search engine optmisation and online marketing all of which are key elements in creating a business and a business identity.

My blog focuses on developments within the web and marketing industry, tips for SEO and growing your business and as you can see from my Wordle below the words that are most frequently seen in my blog are “business”, “important”, “logo”, “specialist company”, “virtual” and “design”. As I say to all my clients and potential clients “your business is my passion”; to find out how I can help your business in establishing an online presence contact me today on 0844 588 7474.
