I have over 13 years experience in working as a secretary, PA and Marketing Assistant in a variety of high profile business and legal environments as well as sales and marketing for multi national retailers. My business is built on a proactive, fresh and creative attitude and the ability to work under pressure. I have a proven track record of working to tight deadlines, implementing new procedures to increase efficiency, producing a high standard of work and forward creative thinking.
With extensive A-Level, RSA, NVQ and legal qualifications covering a wide range of word and legal text processing as well as a comprehensive understanding of legal and business administration procedures, Virtual Secretary Solutions has an excellent business and administration background with which to work with my clients.
Past projects have included creating company brochures and brand guidelines, producing internal training manuals and procedures to increase workforce efficiency, marketing strategies for internal and external sales force, company website re-designs, booking travel and conferencing arrangements, event management for exhibitions, general administration and word processing as well as extensive diary management experience for senior level management both in the UK and abroad. No project is considered too large or too small for Virtual Secretary Solutions full and enthusiastic attention. I always get to know my clients and understand the needs of their business.
